We revised Rental Market report to include Closed Sales which gives another data point to compare against.
This report reveals trends in Rentals correlate to Sales to some degree. The market looks balanced overall but we will have to see how these trends progress though out the year. It we start to see a divergence in the trend lines like sales rising and rentals declining this could will start a trend of lower demand creating challenges for property managers.
